It is best to either use an applicator or clean hands when getting product from the jar. This will keep the product in a fresh condition longer.

We find that many times when someone finds that our creams are greasy, it may be the result of an excessive application. We recommend you start out using a small amount and then increase from there. The more cream you will apply, the longer it will take it to absorb. 

The shelf life of our Facial Cleaner is approximately 24-36 months. Once opened, we recommend that the product be used within 12 months if possible for best effect. The cleansers length of life after being opened can vary depending on how the product is handled and stored.

Our products are absolutely cruelty free and are NOT tested on animals in any way, shape or form.

The ingredient list is correct. We use number of recognizable ingredients since our goal is that only the best ingredients will go into the product.

If you have any reaction to our creams, we recommend you stop using the product.

The cream's life length after being opened can vary depending on how the product is handled, but is typically good for at minimum 12 months after being opened and usually longer.
